Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) with Portia is dedicated to helping individuals live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. Using a person-centred approach, I work alongside participants, families, and support teams to understand behaviours, identify strengths, and develop practical strategies that improve everyday wellbeing.
Through compassionate support, evidence-based practices, and a deep commitment to dignity and respect, PBS With Portia focuses on creating positive outcomes that empower individuals to reach their full potential. Every plan is tailored to the unique needs, goals, and environment of the person, ensuring support that is both effective and sustainable.
At PBS With Portia, the goal is simple: to provide supportive, respectful guidance that helps individuals thrive in their homes, communities, and daily lives.
